An Inventory is carried out and tenant can move in once full payment have been made.
When a assured shorthold tenancy agreement is prepared by Omega, your property can be either furnished or unfurnished and includes obligations on behalf of both the Landlord and the Tenant. We can amend or add to the agreement if you have specific requirements. Please note, there is no legal provision in the agreement for the Landlord to end the tenancy before the end of the fixed term
